ONE-TIME & ROUTINE
Our Residential Services will exceed your expectations and leave your home clean and organized. This service is only offered to our customers who (1) desire a move in/out cleaning of a vacant home (2) are preparing their home for sale and need a cleaning and/or additional services that we offer or (3) occupied homes that desire two or more of our services, such as a cleaning combined with any of our other services which include decluttering, organizing, hoarding clean up, packing/unpacking, or moving services.

Routine Cleaning Services are geared to assist our clients who previously hired us for a hoarding clean-up to upkeep the organization of their homes. Many of our clients may have health ailments or busy schedules that limit the time and/or ability that they need to efficiently clean and organize their homes.

HOARDING CLEAN UPS
Our Heavy Chores Cleaning & Organizing Service is best for clients who desire hands on assistance in getting their home to a harmonious and functional state. Many of our clients may have health ailments or busy schedules that limit the time and/or ability required to efficiently clean and organize their home.
This service is beneficial for those who need immediate help with de-cluttering, deep cleaning, trash removal, and organization of a room or their entire home. We also offer packing/unpacking services for those who are anticipating a move.

HOARDING CLEAN UP PROCESS

Develop a plan that we will follow during the execution. This plan will be tailored to address the concerns of all parties involved, paying close attention to perform the services at a pace most comfortable for the client so that we may complete the project.

Efficiently sort through items and determine what the client desires to discard, if any.

Leave it to us and Relax. At this point the client is able to "leave it to the professionals" as we discard unwanted items and perform the deep cleaning part of the process.

Use the remaining items to create a functional and safe space for the client. During this stage, we are also able to incorporate the newly purchased items (clean dishes, furniture, bathroom essentials) into the clients daily routine to promote a healthier living condition for the client and those within the household.

X out any regrets - We find that many of our customers that suffer from hoarding tend to have thoughts of regret or may miss items that they decided to part ways with. Social Workers (LICSW) work alongside our staff to assist the client in working through these emotions so that the client may continue to work towards a a life with healthier habits.

Experience your new home and way of living! In the final stage, we work with the client to put a plan in place to upkeep the home with routine cleanings. We promote the client to clean themselves if they are capable and create a personal plan for the client to do so.
For clients that need assistance in addressing conditions that contribute to their inability to maintain a safe and habitable home environment, we can refer them to a Licensed Individual Clinical Social Worker who can assist the client while performing the sorting process of the project to decide on which items to keep, donate, or discard. These decisions are still made at the clients discretion. All services are confidential and vehicles do not indicate the services of the company to protect the client's privacy.
